Hi everyone,

I live in a rented home and we re paying around $100 per month as rent. But I suggest to my parents that instead of paying such a huge amount for rent, I can get a loan and buy a new home where in i will have to pay around $200 per months. I think this is far better since the home will be ours. Any suggestions??

Personally I would buy rather than rent. At least this way your money is going towards owning your own home. That is if you think you can afford it. Renting only really work well if you only need a place to live for a short period of time. You do not want it to swing the other way where you can't afford to pay off the payments.
